Design Services
- Surface Creation – Build native Pro/E surfaces of cosmetic components. Evaluate and adjust surface quality, capturing highlights, creating lead-in, and adjusting stretch values to insure smooth curvature plots
- Complex Geometry Modeling - Build geometry containing large number of features, multi-directional pull angles, multiple core castings, and parts with no flat surfaces

Manufacturing – Ensure feasibility of part manufacturing during model design development
- 2D Drawing Creation – Develop detailed drawings including machine locators, clamping locations, base datums, and geometric tolerances per ANSI 14.3
- Project Management - Assist clients from project conception to completion, including cost estimates, schedule development, modeling, and prototype assembly
- Tool Design – Develop models dependent on the applicable manufacturing process, including core boxes, cast patterns with core prints, vacuum form molds, blow molding tools, and rotational molding tooling and injection mold surface splits
