Justin Svoboda

Justin graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 1998 with a BS degree in Finance. He took a position with Surfacing Solutions in March of 2000 and serves as the company business manager. He is very detail oriented and helps organize the company workflow, as well as maintain our records. Justin processes estimates, purchase orders, payroll, invoices, and keeps clients well informed of progress being made on all hourly projects.

Justin has been trained in Pro/E Drawing, GD&T, Pro/PDM and Pro/Intralink and uses this training to assist all of our engineers with file management. He completes nearly all of our casting, machining and sheet metal drawings.

Previous Work Experience
Enterprise Rent-A-Car, May 1998 to March 2000.
Branch Management Trainee and Assistant Branch Manager at Waterloo and Cedar Falls locations. Responsible for all aspects of daily office operations including workflow delegation. Managed balance sheet and income statements, sales calls, marketing promotions, scheduling, and training a staff for customer service.
