Project Highlights:

• 29 injection molded, 2 blow molded and one rotational molded parts – concept to complete
• Nearly all "A" surfaces built in Pro/E with true Pro/E geometry
• Assistance with functional concepts for most snap details as well as attachment details
• Assisted with process details when creating models to ensure a smooth transition of part models to manufacturing for several different processes – injection molding, large castings, rotational molding, and blow molding
• Design changes for wheel spacing, seat locations, cargo box size and cost reductions
• First release drawings for all models created, assisting with the setup of D&T
