Daisy 901 Air Rifle

Project Highlights:

• Met with Daisy engineering in Missouri to develop project schedule and review design concepts
• Developed Pro/E models of the stock, receiver cover, forearm, and forearm lever from conception to completion
• Created “A” surfaces in Pro/E from conceptual sketches provided by Daisy
• Subcontracted three separate shops to manufacture cast aluminum and urethane parts from the Pro/E models to assemble ten prototype rifles
• Project quote, surface design, solid geometry modeling, and prototype part manufacturing delivered in less than five weeks in order to meet Las Vegas convention deadline
